The Oxford shell has a waterproof finish that keeps rain off books on a normal walk home. Seams aren't sealed, so it isn't a dry bag.
Will A4 folders fit?
Yes — the main compartment takes A4 books and folders flat.
What age is it for?

How do I clean it?
